The Wakeman and Cadillac Upland Depressional Area is generally located to the north of the intersection of Cadillac Drive and Wakeman Avenue.
There are approximately 65.4 acres directly tributary to this depression with an additional 47-acre upstream tributary area known as the Cherry Street Upland Depressional Area, which has been previously studied.
The only storm sewer outlet for the area is one 36-inch pipe that serves both the Cherry Street Upland Depression and the Wakeman and Cadillac Upland Depressional Area; which when overwhelmed, the risk of flooding throughout the depressional area becomes realized.
