Demolition Requirements

The Site Plan that is required to be sent with the notification letter should include the following:

1. The Address of the subject property.
2. The dimensions of the subject property.
3. The layout of all existing structures on the subject property. This includes the primary structure, all accessory structures (detached garage, deck, swimming pool, shed, etc.), the driveway, sidewalks, and any other features that are present.
4. Indications of what is to be demolished.
5. If a new primary structure is to be constructed, a proposed site plan shall be enclosed indicating the proposed layout of all features (for example - new single-family residence, driveway, sidewalks, etc.) as well as proposed design elevation drawings for the new structure.
