Yard Flooding Improvement Reimbursement Program

If you frequently experience flooding or standing water in your yard, this shared-cost program will fund up to 50% of the cost, up to $5,000, for you to have a contractor install a private storm sewer in your yard that connects to the City's storm sewer system.

How to Apply

  • Submit an application for this program.
  • Pre-approval from the City is required, and this program does not apply to work that has already been completed.

The City will award as many grants as possible until the allotted yearly budget has been spent, which for 2026 is a total of $50,000. Residents whose project is not selected for this year’s program can reapply for consideration in the following year’s program.
