2024 International Residential Code
2023 National Electrical Code

The following items are required submittals:

1. Type 1 Grading Plan stamped/signed by an Illinois Registered Engineer or Land Surveyor
2. Written Narrative of Removal and Restoration, including confirmation that the walls will be demolished a minimum of halfway down and the bottom will be perforated or broken up before filling.
