General Demolition Information:

The following items are required submittals:

1. Floor plan detailing the layout of the space to be demolished, including:
   • All walls, doors, windows, structural features, etc.
   • All electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, lighting, service panels, etc.
   • All plumbing fixtures.
2. All items to be demolished should be clearly denoted on the floor plan.
3. Any restoration, shoring, system rectification (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire systems, etc.) work must be clearly denoted on the plan.
4. A written narrative detailing the demolition work that is to take place.
5. The plan must be signed and sealed by an Illinois-licensed design professional.
