- Downtown Design Review Board
Review and make decisions on design review applications for proposals within the Downtown Design Review Overlay District that meets the applicability requirements of Section 5.12 of the Zoning Ordinance. A copy of every decision shall be filed immediately with the Director of Planning & Economic Development and shall be a public record.
All meetings of the Downtown Design Review Board shall be held at the call of the Chair and at such other times as the Board may determine necessary. All meetings are open to residents. You are welcome to attend, share your thoughts, or observe to see if you would like to apply for a position. Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
