Bill Payments

Starting Oct. 1, 2023, the City's online bill pay will be receiving a new look as the City's vendor updates its system. The bill pay service will maintain the same features as were previously available.

The Finance Department collects bill payments for water and sewer service, parking tickets, and other bills that residents and businesses pay to the City.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • If you received a parking ticket that says "CITATION" at the top OR instructs you to pay at wheatonil.rmcpay.com (example photo is below), click on Parking Citation. This for paying parking citations generally issued in the downtown or City parking lots.
  • If you received a parking or other type of ticket that says "VIOLATION" at the top or the Ticket # starts with a letter (example photo is below), click on Violation. These generally include building violations, zoning code violations, and parking violations issued outside of the downtown or City lots)

Options for Paying Your City Water / Sewer Bill

  • Online Bill Pay:
    Online Self Service
  • AUTOPAY: To set up recurring automatic payments, sign up for AUTOPAY online.
    If you would prefer to mail in a paper version, please fill out the AutoPay Form (PDF) and either mail it or drop it off at the City Hall. If you have any questions, please contact Water Billing at 630-260-2000.
  • By mail:

  • At City Hall:
    You can pay your bill at the Finance Department, 303 West Wesley Street, or drop off payments by check in the blue mailbox west of City Hall (enter through the driveway on Wesley Street just west of City Hall).

Garbage / Recycling / Yard Waste Billing

  • LRS is the provider for garbage, yard waste and recycling services in Wheaton. Visit the LRS website to pay your bill online, or call LRS at 773-685-8811 for billing questions.
