Comprehensive Land Use Plan

Wheaton's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, which was adopted by the City Council, sets the land use policies for development in Wheaton. Its goal is to ensure sound planning, preserve character, enhance Wheaton's image, and manage growth. The Comprehensive Land Use Plan is comprised of the following elements:
