In celebration of National Arts and Humanities month, the Downtown Wheaton Association and the City of Wheaton Fine & Cultural Arts Commission present "Windows Into Art," a display of art in windows throughout downtown Wheaton. The community can stroll through downtown Wheaton and enjoy art throughout the entire month of October.
