[ARCHIVED] Namaste Foods Burglary

On Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019 at approximately 2:00 a.m., the Wheaton Police Department responded to Namaste Foods, 1801A East Roosevelt Road for a burglar alarm. When officers arrived, they discovered the door to the business had been smashed and an ATM machine with approximately $10,000 had been stolen from the premise.  

Surveillance video shows three hooded and masked individuals break into the store and move the ATM to a late-model silver SUV or crossover-type vehicle. The suspects are described as follows:

  • Suspect 1: wearing a green winter jacket with a white zipper, blue jeans, black ski mask and gloves
  • Suspect 2: wearing a black hoodie and light blue jeans. 
  • Suspect 3: wearing a Timberland hoodie with a large Timberland logo, black pants and black boots.
