Vacant Structures

The City requires all vacant properties to be kept to the minimum standards as outlined in the City of Wheaton Zoning Ordinance and the current adopted version of the International Property Maintenance codes. Vacant properties that are not properly maintained are a detriment to the City and will not be allowed to fall into disrepair.
